Terms of use

Only employees of Chris Fowler International Limited, its subsidiaries, agents or persons authorised in writing by Chris Fowler International Limited only (in each case a "user") are permitted use of On-Line services.  Access to the On-Line Services Systems by any individual who is not an authorised user is prohibited.

1. Passwords are allocated to each user and are unique to that user and may not be disclosed, communicated or transferred to any third party.  Passwords must be secured and protected in accordance with these legal notices. Chris Fowler International Limited will never ask a user to disclose their password. Any request to disclose it to any person must be reported to the Customer Services Director on 020 7556 3810.  The integrity of the On-Line Services System will be compromised by unauthorised use of another user's password and will, in the case of employees, be considered gross misconduct, punishable in accordance with the disciplinary process.  If a user suspects that their password has become known to another, a user must inform the Client Services Director.  Failure to report a breach or compromise of the rules governing the use of the On-Line Services Systems will, in the case of employees, be considered gross misconduct, punishable in accordance with the disciplinary process.
   
2. Anything done under a user's unique ID and password is the responsibility of that user.  In order to prevent unauthorised access to their workstation, each user is responsible for logging off from the On-Line Services Systems if they leave their workstation unattended.  If unauthorised access is gained to a user's workstation as a result of failure to follow this procedure, this constitutes, in the case of employees, gross misconduct, punishable in accordance with the disciplinary process.

Access to this site is limited to employees of Chris Fowler International Limited, its subsidiaries, agents or persons authorised in writing by Chris Fowler International Limited only (in each case a "user").  Accordingly, if you are not an authorised user and you have not been issued with security access codes by Chris Fowler International Limited, your access to this site is UNAUTHORISED for the purposes of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and you should exit it immediately. All information contained on this site beyond this page is strictly confidential to Chris Fowler International Limited.
